A day in Glasgow

Glasgow’s city centre is compact and easily navigated. Start the day with breakfast in Buchanan Galleries where you’ll find Eat and Mr Pretzels or a Fuel to kick start your day. Once you’ve explored the massive H&M, Boots, River Island and Warehouse, head down Buchanan Street and you’ll be amazed with what’s on offer. Wherever you look, you’ll find your favourite stores like Dune, Office, New Look, Urban Outfitters, Diesel and Jack Wills.

Make sure to stop for a coffee at Starbucks, Caffè Nero or Costa on your way down this pedestrianised hill. A long lunch at Hard Rock Cafe or TGI Fridays is the perfect pit stop with cocktails to rest your feet before an afternoon full of more shopping.

Your afternoon can be spent indoors in St Enoch’s Centre where you’ll find Hamley’s Toy Store or in House of Fraser where you’ll be spoilt for choice, surrounded by big brands.
