From -18°C vodka to beef wellington, the menu boasts a peculiar infusion of Russian and British classics. Only to match the elaborate gold interior, their infamous dessert arrives at the table a gold sphere only to melt open the shape of a flower when doused in hot chocolate sauce… need we say more?
