The 1819 cocktails

To commemorate 200 years of our Waterloo Place Hotel building and celebrate World Gin Day, we teamed up with Eden Mill to create our very own bespoke gin, ‘The 1819’. Taking inspiration from one of Waterloo Hotel’s most famous guests, world-renowned botanist and close friend of Charles Darwin, Asa Gray, we’ve concocted a bespoke blend of botanicals to mark the 200 year anniversary. Read about the inspiration behind the gin here and check out the five signature cocktails our bartenders from Apex Waterloo Place Hotel created with ‘The 1819’. Feeling ginspired yet?
